How we work

Every finding we hand you is labeled by exactly how it was produced, so you always know what’s fact and what’s judgment:

  • Observed — we analyzed it directly.
  • Retrieved — pulled from real data sources.
  • Calculated — calculated from retrieved data.
  • Inference — our analysis, clearly labeled as judgment.
  • Pending — not yet verified, and clearly marked as such.

We don’t invent metrics or dress up guesses as data. If something can’t be verified, we say so.
