Scrolly is a business operated by a sole proprietor in Texas, United States. By purchasing or using a paid product or service, you agree to these terms.

Products and services

Scrolly offers Clubs and Challenges, downloadable educational workbooks, and personalized SEO audits. An audit may include technical, content, competitive, local, platform, and AI-search analysis plus prioritized recommendations. The exact scope is the scope described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.

Clubs and Challenges

A Club purchase includes the downloads and member-area tools described on its sales page at the time of purchase. Access is through your account on this website. A Challenge runs for 30 consecutive days and is built on the Club, so it is sold together with the Club.

The Challenge goal is total revenue your business collects for its own products or services during your 30 consecutive days. Sales tax, shipping you charge, and refunds do not count. To earn the Challenge shirt, you hit the goal inside your window and submit sales records Scrolly can verify. Scrolly may ask for more information or decline records it cannot verify. Shirts ship free to addresses in the lower 48 US states; for other addresses, Scrolly will contact you to arrange shipping at your cost. Anyone who owns the Club can add a Challenge later, or start a new attempt after a previous one, for the Challenge price shown at the time.

Revenue goals are goals, not promises. Results depend on your offer, your customers, and the work you put in.

What is not included

Unless expressly stated, purchases do not include implementation, content writing, ongoing account management, link building, legal advice, or a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, completing required intake steps, maintaining appropriate backups, and deciding whether to implement any recommendation. Never send passwords through the contact or intake forms.

Payment and delivery

Payment is due at checkout. Downloadable products are delivered electronically. Audit delivery timelines begin after both payment and the required intake information are complete. Communicated delays or missing customer information may extend the delivery date.

Intellectual property

Scrolly materials are licensed to the purchaser for their own internal business use. They may not be resold, republished, shared publicly, or distributed as templates or training materials without written permission.

Accuracy and limitations

Search platforms, rankings, competitors, traffic, and AI systems change. Findings are based on information reasonably available at the time of analysis. Recommendations are educational and strategic, and specific results are not guaranteed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
